Documents Reviewed
Faster First-Pass Review
Privilege Leaks
Machine learning classifies, clusters, and prioritizes discovery sets at scale — surfacing the documents that actually matter before human review begins.
Privilege and work-product controls run automatically on every matter, preventing inadvertent disclosure without adding manual review steps.
Technology-assisted review learns from attorney decisions and accelerates large-volume document review by up to 70%, dramatically reducing cost and time to production.
Structured intake forms capture all matter details at the start — linking to documents, timelines, and assigned counsel from day one of every engagement.
Court deadlines, filing windows, and internal milestones are tracked in one system with automated reminders and proactive conflict checks.
Granular permissions ensure only authorized users access sensitive matter files, with a complete log of every action from open to close.
AI identifies and extracts key clauses — indemnification, termination, IP ownership, liability caps — across hundreds of contracts simultaneously.
Non-standard and high-risk clauses are automatically flagged and routed to counsel, so only genuine risks consume attorney time and attention.
Automated alerts on renewal windows and contractual obligations prevent missed deadlines and reduce exposure from silent rollover provisions.
Track outside counsel spend by matter, firm, and practice area — with dashboards that surface billing anomalies and benchmark against industry peers.
Automated billing guideline review flags non-compliant invoices before payment — reducing write-offs and improving the overall invoice cycle time.
A structured intake portal routes business requests to the right legal resource — reducing email volume and giving GCs full visibility into the demand pipeline.

Director of Sales | AQ2 Technologies

Director M&A | Embrace

Sr. Manager | Embrace Shared Services
I’ve been with AQ2 Technologies for 9 years as the Director of Sales. During that time, the existing ownership was consistently searching for an acquisition group, but it had to be the best fit for the employees in terms of capital and resources to assist with existing and future projects. Through the acquisition with Embrace, AQ2 has gained multiple employee resources from Embrace. This has streamlined our project schedule and enabled us to handle multiple implementations simultaneously. From a sales perspective, this is important as it allows to line up additional projects and bring in revenue faster than before. I am thrilled that we have the capital and the resources to assist us. It’s been a great partnership.
