Embrace Software Inc. (“Embrace”), a global acquirer of world-class software businesses, today announced its acquisition of JS Technologies, Inc (“JST”), the developer of CollectMax™and Accis™, two software platforms supporting legal debt collection firms nationwide. JST will be Embrace’s platform acquisition within the legal tech vertical.
Founded in 1987, JST has established itself as the trusted provider of collections software, with CollectMax and Accis supporting core functions such as case management, compliance tracking, workflow automation, and reporting. The platform is used by collection law firms and agencies to manage their entire book of business, complex receivables and recovery processes in highly regulated environments.
The acquisition is consistent with Embrace’s long-term approach of acquiring and growing vertical market software businesses that serve niche market segments.
