Embrace Software is seeking a Technical Manager to join our growing team. You will join Embrace HQ with an immediate mandate to take a leadership role at one of our operating companies. Working closely with the operating company’s leadership, and the Embrace’s senior management you will drive operational and technical improvements that will accelerate solution delivery. You will build scalable processes that will be become part of the evolving Embrace operating model.

We are looking for a senior technical manager, with scrum master experience, to lead a team of talented professionals and help them reshape their processes to work in an agile environment.
This role requires two main skill areas: Technical (development) Skills, and Scrum Master Skills. From a Technical perspective this person would be responsible for overseeing the development practices of the team by helping them through technical challenges and instilling good coding practices. You will work with management and the technical teams to define, scope and deliver on development backlog, that is growing from accelerated growth in new customers.
